5days and 4 nights trekking in the desert

1Day: Transfer from Marrakech to M’hamid in the morning:

Start your day with a spectacular morning journey from Marrakech to M’hamid. You will travel along the Djebel Tiffernine, enjoying the stunning natural scenery provided by this mountainous route. After that, you will enter the Saghro massif, crossing through the Tizi n’Tinififft pass, which offers strategic viewpoints and breathtaking vistas of the surrounding terrain.

Upon reaching the Drâa Valley, you will be amazed by its natural beauty, with views of ancient ksours (fortified villages) and traditional kasbahs that characterize this region. You will continue your journey through this enchanting valley, surrounded by palm groves and sandy hills.

At the end of the day, you will arrive in M’hamid, where you will meet the professional camel team who will accompany you during your desert adventure. Afterwards, you will enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner in the heart of the desert and spend the night in a mobile desert camp under the stars, providing you with an authentic and magical desert experience.

Day 2: Fam Bouzyan
Start the trek as your caravan heads towards Erg Bouzian. You will cross the Drâa River amidst a landscape of sand and rocky plains dotted with tamarisk trees. In the distance, you will already see the Lakrab Mountains and the Hamada du Drâa.

Day 3: Erg Bouzian – Erg Sahl
The caravan continues its journey towards Erg Sahl, crossing through pristine desert filled with acacia trees. Arrive at the dunes to witness a stunning sunset and spend the night there.

Day 4: Oued Tlhaya – Rass Errich
Cross dunes and desert plateaus to reach the palm grove at M’hamid. You will have the opportunity to take a shower. Enjoy dinner and spend the night in the desert.

Day 5: M’Hamid – Marrakech
After breakfast, transfer to Marrakech, with lunch at road. Arrive in Marrakech in the afternoon.
