Day 1: Transfer from Marrakech to M’hamid in the morning:
Start your day with a spectacular morning journey from Marrakech to
M’hamid. You will travel along the Djebel Tiffernine, enjoying the stunning
natural scenery provided by this mountainous route. After that, you will enter
the Saghro massif, crossing through the Tizi n’Tinififft pass, which offers
strategic viewpoints and breathtaking vistas of the surrounding terrain.
Upon reaching the Drâa Valley, you will be amazed by its natural beauty,
with views of ancient ksours (fortified villages) and traditional kasbahs that
characterize this region. You will continue your journey through this
enchanting valley, surrounded by palm groves and sandy hills.
At the end of the day, you will arrive in M’hamid, where you will meet
the professional camel team who will accompany you during your desert
adventure. Afterwards, you will enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner in the
heart of the desert and spend the night in a mobile desert camp under the
stars, providing you with an authentic and magical desert experience.
Day 2-: Ouade Ben Hakki — Sidi Boushak —
Erg Essahl
Begin your trekking expedition
from Ouade Ben Hakki, traversing the rugged desert terrain towards Sidi
Boushak. As you journey, admire the serene vistas of Saharan trees and
undulating sand dunes, interspersed with occasional glimpses of the distant
Draa Valley. After a brief respite at Sidi Boushak, continue your trek towards
Erg Essahl, where the landscape dramatically shifts, characterised by towering
sand dunes and verdant palm groves nestled amidst the arid expanse. Immerse
yourself in the awe-inspiring Erg Essahl region, absorbing the vast desert
panorama.
Day 3: Rass Eriche — Lmilleh
Famous for their intriguing
rock formations and rugged terrain, which stand out against the backdrop of the
desert. The area offers dramatic and picturesque views of the desert landscape,
including expansive sand dunes and rocky outcrops. Explore the unique
geological features and enjoy panoramic views. In addition to that, providing a
fascinating and visually captivating experience for those exploring the
Moroccan desert.
Day 4: Ezmila — Bour Zaire (Exploring Ancient Ruins)
Nestled among vast sand dunes,
the lush palm groves create a striking contrast of life amidst the desert’s
golden expanse. Hike through the surrounding palm groves and explore the ruins
of an old fortress.
Day 5: Kbalte Ezhare — Ghroub Ezhar
Head to Kbalte Ezhare, a
popular spot for sandboarding and dune bashing.
Experiencing and Enjoying the
adrenaline rush of sliding down steep sand dunes or zooming across the desert.
Day 6: Atilte air Ounbie —
Kasbah Erg Esmmare
Visit the iconic Kasbah Erg
Esmmare, a fortified building nestled amidst towering dunes.
Enjoy a romantic camel ride as
the sun dips below the horizon, casting a golden glow over the desert.
Day 7: Dzira —

Desert. You are going to explore the dunes on foot, allowing you to experience
the scale and beauty of the desert up close. The hike can be as relaxing or
challenging as you prefer. Also you will learn about the traditional way of
life in the desert, including insights into our customs, clothing, and survival
techniques in such a harsh environment.
Day 8: Kriaate Jmal — Dayat Ejazaire
Explore the lush oasis of
Kriaate Jmal, surrounded by palm trees and date plantations.
Enjoy a night of stargazing
under the clear desert sky, far away from city lights. Explore the surrounding
area, which include walking trails or paths that lead to interesting desert
features and viewpoints.Both Kriaate Jmal and Dayat Ejazaire provide unique
experiences in the Moroccan desert, with Kriaate Jmal offering expansive desert
views and Dayat Ejazaire featuring a refreshing oasis environment.
Day 9: Oude Emzouaria — Mozmou
Oude Emzouaria is renowned for
its stunning sand dunes and classic desert landscapes, ideal for hiking,
sandboarding, and capturing the beauty of the Sahara at sunrise and sunset.
Mozmou features a lush oasis with palm groves and water sources, offering a
refreshing retreat in the arid desert. Both locations provide unique experiences.
10 : Day 5: M’HAMID – MARRAKECH
After breakfast, transfer to
Marrakech with lunch in Ouarzazate. Arrive in the afternoon.
